Every employee is governed by service conditions. Such rules and regulations are embodied in document called Standing orders. When a violation of standing orders occurs misconduct arises. But no innocent persons be punished. Natural justice is to be rendered. He should be given a fair chance to defend himself. Recording of his defence and establishing the charge is called “Domestic Enquiry “.

Domestic enquiry is consisting of charge sheet, enquiry proceedings, findings of the enquiry officer and show cause. The charge sheet should contain

Name of the employee, Token( employment )  number , Department, house address , date, shift time and exact place of occurrence ,Narration of the misconduct , relevance clause and specific act of misconduct under the standing order, calling his written explanation and date and time of his presence is required for domestic enquiry, signature of  issuing authority .
