From THE ECONOMIC TIMES (Kolkata, Tuesday 26 January 2010,Page No.-5) I came to know that, RCom(Reliance Communications) to introduce Quarterly Performance Incentive Scheme from April 1,2010 and there will be three specific incentive categories-
Stretch(T1), Sweat(T2) & Breakout(T3).
Now, my question is to all of the respected senior members and if there is any RCom, RTL & RCIL employees in this forum then, please give me some idea about this type of incentive categories or if there are any other types of incentives categories in the present senario.
