Hi,

Can any one help me with the answer of follwing question:-
1) Can husband and wife work together in same organisation?
2) If yes, can we put any clause in the service agreement which they need to sign?

Please help me its urgent.

we cannot creat any seperate service rules for them service condition is same for all employees.try avoid appointing same dept.

Absolutely no problem in employing both husband and wife in a same company even in same department. Provided they should not under same reporting structure.
